Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CatalogCompass, a product information management (PIM) platform operated by Nubes Lunae, registered in the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
CatalogCompass is a B2B SaaS platform that enables businesses to manage product catalog data and synchronize it to third-party sales channels including bol.com, Amazon, WooCommerce, Faire, and Ankorstore. The Service includes product data management, channel synchronization, image storage, import/export functionality, and related features as described on our website.
2. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Each account is for a single individual; credentials may not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be a representative of a business entity to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Subscription and Billing
CatalogCompass offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles and renew automatically. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT. Upgrades are prorated. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
4. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all product data and images you upload to CatalogCompass. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We have a limited license to process, store, transform, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service, including syncing to your connected sales channels. Upon cancellation or account deletion, your data remains available for export for 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
5. Marketplace Integrations
CatalogCompass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by bol.com, Amazon, WooCommerce, Faire, Ankorstore, or any other third-party marketplace. You are responsible for maintaining your own agreements with these marketplaces and for ensuring your product data complies with their requirements. Marketplace synchronization is provided on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for marketplace API changes, downtime, listing rejections, or account actions taken by marketplaces.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages. We are not liable for data loss caused by marketplace API errors, sync failures due to third-party services, or actions taken by marketplace platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
The CatalogCompass brand, software, design, and documentation are owned by Nubes Lunae. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. All trademarks of third-party marketplaces belong to their respective owners.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or use of the Service for illegal purposes. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
